LUKOIL Press Service reports, that Sergey Andronov, who previously held the position of the Chairman of the Management Committee at LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas, Bulgaria, has been appointed to the position of the General Director of LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez Ltd.

Vassily Anisimov has been transferred to LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka Ltd on the position of the First Deputy General Director – Chief Engineer.

Andrey Spirin, former General Director at LUKOIL-Uralnefteprodukt Ltd, has become the General Director of LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt Ltd.

LUKOIL-Uralnefteprodukt Ltd is now headed by Aleksey Makhnev – previously the General Director of LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt Ltd.

Ilshat Sharafutdinov, previously Chief Engineering Officer - First Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee at LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas, Bulgaria, has been appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Management Committee at this plant.

These changes have been made in line with LUKOIL HR Management Policy and staff turnovers practice for top-managers of the Company's subsidiaries.
